These materials may be reviewed by automated systems or authorized personnel for quality assurance, support, security, analytics, product improvement, and feature development.

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services; process transactions and billing; deploy AI features and upgrades; provide customer support; monitor usage and compliance; perform analytics and reporting; detect fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations; and develop new features and services.

We may use communications, recordings, transcripts, metadata, and derived insights to refine workflows, prompts, routing logic, automation, and service performance. Customer data is not used to train third-party foundation models unless you expressly opt in.

The Company does not sell, rent, license, or trade personal data or customer content. We do not permit third parties to use customer data for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.
